We work with individuals at the start-up level through to established small businesses, any enterprise where we can work directly with the leaders and leadership teams.

MIRA
MIRA is a unique star in the constellation of Cetus (The Whale). It is the only true shooting star in our sky.
WELL
WELL refers to the source of life itself – a spring of living water.
We source names and symbols for businesses as part of our branding work. The right name and a powerful symbol both carry potent energy.
MIRAWELL
is a registered corporation in Canada privately owned and operated. The company was formed in 2023 to serve the growth and development of small businesses through the lenses of leadership, culture and brand. A unique approach and methodology was developed and refined over 10 years of business consulting to companies in different stages of business growth across diverse industries.

founding startups, forging and managing enterprises across different industries: creative design, sales and marketing, finance and fundraising, training and education, architecture and construction, health and wellness. I’ve led creative teams to build collaborative public projects and strategic teams to implement multi-faceted operational plans.
For the last 25 years, I have been providing innovative leadership and management, coaching business leaders and managers, consulting on team dynamics and operations, crafting visions, missions, brands and communications strategies for sustainable success.
Personal mission
To bring Spirit back into business.
I spent years seeking the soul of corporations—to breathe life into corpuses—in an attempt to restore our spiritual connection. I failed. In surrendering, I found the only way was through the living souls that organized themselves as the enterprise. We now have an opportunity to craft a truly wholistic and integrative approach to business.
I’m a truthseeker, a sensemaker and a wayfinder. I access universal, natural principles and bridge them to integrate with business practices and culture. I co-create with Spirit, drawing on intuitive and strategic tools in balance, to source projects and enterprises. I am inspired by what’s possible for humanity. I am in service of building the New Earth.
